Razorleaf Corporation, a PLM and MES consulting and systems integrator, has formed a technology partnership with First Resonance, a provider of advanced manufacturing management software.
As a strategic partner with First Resonance, Razorleaf consultants will be certified on the company's ION Factory Operating System, which supports a flow of sensitive production data throughout factories producing complex hardware in various industries, including spacecraft, nuclear reactors and robots.
The AI-powered ION platform ensures regulatory adherence while safeguarding highly confidential information and intellectual property all along the digital thread throughout advanced manufacturing processes.
"We are providing a more streamlined and seamless experience for [First Resonance's] ION clients when connecting to downstream systems such as PLM, ERP and CRMs," Razorleaf Senior Director of Partnerships and Alliances Andrew Halley said. "Razorleaf is very aware of the many nuances of connecting such systems in a manufacturing enterprise. Our wide knowledge base provides clients with the same level of quality across integrations to systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, ARAS, Arena, SolidWorks, Dynamics and many more."
The partnership marries Razorleaf’s ability to bridge the manufacturing domains of PLM, ERP, MES and CRM—employing its industry-leading CLOVER integration software—with First Resonance’s solutions that are deployed in Gov Cloud and Fed RAMP environments to meet government security requirements.
First Resonance maintains SOC 2 certification and adheres to ITAR regulations.
“Drawing on our experience in fast-paced, high-precision engineering environments like SpaceX, we built the ION platform to enable rapid engineering and manufacturing in today’s complex industries,” First Resonance CEO Karan Talati said. “ION brings scheduling, execution and intelligence into a single, dynamic platform built to empower the builders of tomorrow’s products."
