Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd. (Tokyo, Japan) introduced the CP110L for logistics and automation processes. The CP110L is designed for high-speed handling in space-constrained environments and can be used in warehouses, manufacturing facilities and distribution centers where installation space is limited.

The CP110L provides a high-speed palletizing and material handling solution for cases and heavy goods using a hollow wrist structure and power regeneration standard.

Features:

  • Hollow wrist that allows cables to be routed internally to reduce interference areas and shorten maintenance times
  • Achieves minimum required ceiling height of just 2,242mm and revolute axis interference radius of 453mm
  • Delivers throughput of 2,200 cases per hour (at 60kg load)
  • Provides maximum vertical motion of 2,433mm and reach of 2,505mm
  • Standard equipment that captures and reuses energy generated during deceleration and reversing motions
  • Degree of freedom: 4 axes
  • Maximum payload: 110kg
  • Positional repeatability: ±0.05mm
  • Robot mass: 820kg
