Collins Aerospace Expanding in Texas

The company expects the $57 million project to create more than 570 jobs.

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott announced that Collins Aerospace, an RTX business and global supplier of aerospace and defense products, plans to expand its manufacturing and R&D operations in Richardson. 

Collins Aerospace expects the $57 million project to create more than 570 jobs. The company also received a Texas Enterprise Fund (TEF) grant of $3,718,000.

The Texas Governor's Office and the company did not provide additional expansion details.
