Metrologic DCS
Metrologic DCS (Wixom, MI) introduced Metrolog V25 and the latest version of 3DCS for manufacturing quality engineering and dimensional tolerance analysis. The Quality Intelligence Suite is designed for faster CAD-less CMM programming, variation analysis and real-time operator decision support and can be used in shop-floor CMM inspections, assembly modeling and manufacturing quality control.

- Accepts measured production data inputs in 3DCS to automatically calculate exact fixture locator adjustments, replacing manual trial-and-error workflows
- Redesigned user interface offering light/dark themes, optimized contrast ratios and harmonized icons engineered to reduce visual fatigue in shop-floor environments
