NEW YORK (AP) -- Russian milk and beverage producer Wimm-Bill-Dann Foods OJSC said Tuesday it will begin producing baby food and other products at its milk-processing plant in the Omsk region of Siberia.
The baby food will be sold under the Agusha brand, the company said. The company will also produce the probiotic drink Imunele at the facility.
The company said the facility will help supply the Ural Mountains, Eastern Siberia and the Far East regions.
Shares rose $1.45 to $91.45 in electronic premarket trading. The shares closed at $90 Monday.
