InnoVida Opening Plants In Spain, Portugal

New development is part of a $40 million investment with local partners Miguel Ribeiro and Jose Mexia.

MIAMI - InnoVida Holdings, Inc. announced Tuesday plans to construct four manufacturing plants in Spain and Portugal, with the first slated to open the fourth quarter of 2007.
 
The new development is part of a $40 million investment with local partners Miguel Ribeiro and Jose Mexia.
 
InnoVida panels are made out of a proprietary resin which allows for house construction without heavy equipment, foundation, columns or roof structure.
