Golf in Carlsbad, Calif., product developers are hard at work coming
up with the next great golf club. However, much of what Callaway does to launch
clubs such as its Big Bertha Fusion FT-3 driver spans multiple locations, some
of them external to the company, says Steve Ehlers, Callaway's VP of product
design and development.
