French manufacturer uses scheduling solution to bid "Au revoir" to engineering bottlenecks

J.-based U.S. industrial conglomerate Tyco, an innovative implementation of a finite scheduling solution from Preactor International helped overcome an unusual bottleneck: the operations' engineering department.
A manufacturer of industrial valves and fitting for the gas & petroleum industries, Flow Control Technologies undertakes extensive premanufacture engineering work to prepare drawings for every order it receives, explains Sébastien Barrot, Black Belt Six Sigma manager in charge of continuous improvement and process excellence.

Demand planning and collaboration solutions support S&OP
