Commerce Rule on Technical Corrections to Export Administration Regulations Sent to Senate

WASHINGTON, May 9 -- The Senate Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee has received an executive branch communication from the Department of Commerce.
The acting assistant secretary for Export Administration at the Bureau of Industry and Security has transmitted, pursuant to law, the report of a rule entitled "Technical Corrections to the Export Administration Regulations Based Upon a Systematic Review of the CCL."
The document (RIN0694-AE32) was received by the Senate on May 2.
