Power lift: Tectura grabs “Hercules” size funding of $22M

Hercules Technology Growth Capital has delivered $22 million of debt financing to Tectura, the Microsoft Business Solutions 2006 Global Partner of the Year.

Tectura specializes in Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Microsoft Dynamics SL, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions delivery.

“Tectura is a global company focused on substantial growth with current revenue of more than $225 million,” says Kevin Grossman, a managing director with Hercules. “It has expanded its global footprint by acquiring its competitors throughout Europe, Asia and the Middle East as part of its overall strategy of serving the needs of businesses globally.”

Says Duane Bell, CFO of Tectura, “We have successfully implemented business solutions for more than 5,000 organizations in 60 countries worldwide. The Hercules financing will allow us to achieve process improvements, greater efficiencies, and a clear competitive advantage.”
