Simplifying the transition to Microsoft-based servers and operating systems, Infor's newest enterprise asset management solution for small and midsize manufacturers, called EAM MP2, keeps assets operating at peak performance "regardless of the need for onsite or hosted implementations," says Bruce Gheesling, senior VP.

EAM MP2 supports Microsoft's SQL Server Express and SQL Server 2005. Other enhancements include an updated user interface, and automated asset tracking to maximize equipment uptime and control labor and inventory costs.
