ProfitKey International, developer of Rapid Response Manufacturing, an ERP system suited for small and midsize manufacturers, is working with IBM hardware supplier Lighthouse Computer Services to move forward with technology projects and deployments.
Says ProfitKey CEO Joe DiZazzo, "This partnership gives our customers expert advice for their IBM system needs, and gives us coverage across the country via one provider."
In IBM's satisfaction survey conducted annually with IBM customers, Lighthouse has scored above 90 percent for the past four years.
