Houston-based Intermat—a supplier of cataloging software and solutions for maintenance, repair and operations materials—has acquired the assets of Intermat Catalog Services, formerly a wholly owned subsidiary of MRO Software, Bedford, Mass. Intermat's products and services enable improved usage of enterprise resources planning systems, electronic data interchange, and e-commerce marketplaces by providing users with reliable data.
Agile Software, San Jose, Calif., has acquired the enabling technology of Cupertino, Calif.-based oneREV, which will speed the exchange of information between Agile's product life-cycle management systems and external information sources—including information from supply chain partners, customers' internally maintained information warehouses, or external supplier catalogs.
Los Angeles-based Adexa announces a partnership with Boston-based Optiant, under which Optiant's PowerChain Inventory will be incorporated into Adexa's Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning.
West Chester, Pa.-based Prescient announces TSN Inc., a distributor of cleaning, food, and general supplies, has selected Prescient to drive its vendor managed inventory (VMI) program with Temple, Texas-based food logistics provider McLane Co.
