Treeno Software, provider of enterprise content management (ECM), offers a Salesforce.com integration module, enabling its document and content management capabilities to integrate and be compatible with Salesforce.com's suite of online customer relationship management (CRM) products.

Treeno Software manages documentsTreeno Software offers a Salesforce.com integration module. The new module, called Treeno Salesforce Connector, integrates with any Salesforce.com account and allows users to drag and drop emails and other documents from their desktop directly into the account, expanding, and enhancing the information available to Salesforce.com users, according to Treeno Software.
Treeno's content management solutions allow for paper document scanning and storing and tracking of all emails, contracts and correspondence, the module also can act as a search engine for projects and accounts managed under Salesforce.com.
Treeno Software calls Salesforce.com "one of the most popular and prolific Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) CRM platforms in the world," with more than 55,400 corporate customers, and 1.5 million individual subscribers.
"Salesforce.com... brings a slew of features and accessibility to the table," said Will Thibodeau, founder and co-CEO of Treeno Software.
Application example
A long-standing Treeno client, 401(k) administration firm Retirement Alliance Inc., recently deployed the Treeno Salesforce Connector.
The company went paperless 5 years ago with Treeno's help. "After Treeno helped us customize the system and get it integrated with our previous CRM platform, we turned to them when we recently switched to Salesforce.com," said Kim St. Pierre, President of Retirement Alliance. "Despite the numerous integration points with Treeno, the switch from our previous CRM solution to Salesforce.com was seamless, with no disruption to our staff or our clients. Treeno's ability to pull data from Salesforce.com gives us efficiency gains by minimizing the effort required to update client information and providing us with a task list that is always up-to-date. Retirement Alliance is run on Treeno - we could not live without it."
Treeno developed the new module using the Salesforce.com Web Services API, which ensures compatibility.
