Blue Vector RFID automation platform gains pharma edition

Blue Vector Systems offers a Pharmaceutical Edition of its RFID automation management platform, one that intelligently handles authentication, pedigree, smart shelf, and conveyor tunnel readings all-in-one. The solution allows interrogating enterprise systems regarding orders, inventory, and customers; and provides “business awareness” at the local point of sensing for improved control and efficiency.
“If it’s a multi-sensor problem, that’s where we shine,” says John Beans, Blue Vector VP of marketing. “We offer a set of appliances specifically built for network management of sensors, RFID readers, conveyor belts, motion detection, and temperature. We interface with PLCs on the manufacturing line.”
The solution is scaled in three products—Edge, Network, and Global Managers—providing local, network, and enterprise management.
