ISPE, a global not-for-profit association of 25,000 pharmaceutical science and manufacturing professionals, is expanding its global online Career Exchange center to include a pilot network of local Web sites that will serve pharmaceutical science and manufacturing professionals and employers.
ISPE Members can use the Career Exchange to circulate résumés to more industry employers at one time, from one place; and to compare opportunities internationally, nationally, and locally. The online job boards will be open to the public, however ISPE Members will have the added benefit of a 15-day preview period before all job listings are posted publicly.
Employers can use the online resource to maximize their ROI with greater industry reach. Employers also will be able to simplify recruiting by posting every job to multiple Career Exchange sites within the global network.
ISPE has launched its global Career Exchange network with two pilot sites: the Boston Area Chapter Career Exchange, and the Singapore ISPE Affiliate Career Exchange. The Career Exchange Network will ultimately expand to include worldwide ISPE Affiliates and Chapters after an initial testing period. Job seekers and employers outside of these pilot areas can still access a multitude of global opportunities and reach candidates worldwide.
“We’re excited about expanding our global online Career Exchange center to provide job seekers and employers with a one-stop resource for exploring opportunities and finding candidates both worldwide and in their local areas,” says ISPE VP of Member Relations Karleen Kos.
