Dyadem cuts risk for process manufacturers

Adding a new offering to its Stature risk management platform, Dyadem announces enterprise risk life-cycle management (RLM) software that helps process manufacturers mitigate and monitor risks across their organizations. Dyadem enhanced its Stature platform to help companies unify risk management on an enterprisewide platform.
Process manufacturing companies face day-to-day risks in the handling of chemicals and petrochemicals. From incident and change management through action tracking, companies need the ability to share and communicate lessons learned and best practices, and continuously improve their risk management processes.
RLM becomes a daunting task for any organization; variations in global safety regulations are best managed by a common enterprise platform. Stature RLM is built to mitigate risks, document processes, and improve the safety and efficiency of process manufacturing, including oil & gas, wastewater treatment, and chemical manufacturing.
A common enterprise platform for RLN provides a standard library for employees to reference when cataloging process risk, and a mechanism for identifying best practices. An effective risk management solution ensures the health and safety of employees, promotes business continuity, protects the environment, and reduces the amount of wasted or lost products and production material.
Stature RLM brings the four main components of risk management—Risk Assessment; Process Management; Visibility, and Knowledge Management—into a unified platform. Modules such as Incident Management, Management of Change, and Process Hazard Analysis allow organizations to build up to a full enterprisewide RLM platform and choose the most important areas of concern as they build up.
