ICONICS partnership focuses on OPC training

ICONICS, which offers Web-enabled, OPC-based, HMI/SCADA visualization and manufacturing intelligence software for Microsoft Windows, is extending its partnership with the OPC Training Institute (OPCTI).

ICONICS' OPC-integrated solutions allow real-time data to be redirected to more than one location. “ICONICS OPC Servers are used in the 'hands-on' portion of our trainings as one of multiple servers to which we connect,“ explains Randy Kondor, president, OPCTI.

ICONICS also provides several OPC tools to assist users in creating OPC servers and in deploying an OPC-based system—for example, ICONICS' GENESIS64, GENESIS32, and BizViz—with graphical capabilities that bridge information from “the shop floor to the top floor.“
