Vantedge, AbsolutData deliver customer intelligence to the midmarket

By Manufacturing Business Technology Staff -- Manufacturing Business Technology, 3/13/2008 2:15:00 PM

A new partnership promises to offer enhanced customer intelligence and analysis capabilities to midsize companies.
“Midmarket companies are eager to grow and outpace their competition,” says Read Ziegler, president of customer intelligence specialist Vantedge Group. “Our partnership with AbsolutData gives them the opportunity to enjoy Fortune 500 market research capabilities at a price point and time-to-market that fits their pace of business.”
AbsolutData offers advanced analytics and market research services to some of the world’s largest companies.
The partnership between Vantedge Group and AbsolutData allows midsize companies to receive the benefits of customer intelligence on an as-needed basis without the overhead of running a large research or analytics shop—typically the trade-off when companies deploy customer intelligence programs on their own.
“The benefit to the midmarket is obvious,” says Anil Kaul, CEO, AbsolutData. "Midmarket companies can prosper from Vantedge customer-growth and churn-reduction offerings. By including the advanced analytics expertise, delivery efficiency, data collection, and processing power of a global research provider like AbsolutData, we have the perfect solution for midmarket customer insight.”
The alliance includes the newly launched Research & Analytics Center of Excellence that will provide Vantedge Group clients with a host of on-demand capabilities including modeling and predictive analytics delivered at a cost attainable for the midmarket.
