Described by Christie's as a "historic relic," the Apple-1 was introduced in 1976 and sold without a casing, power supply, keyboard or monitor.

Caterpillar Buys Bucyrus International For $7.6B

NEW YORK (AP) — Caterpillar Inc., the world's largest construction and mining equipment maker, said Monday it has agreed to buy Bucyrus International Inc. for $7.6 billion, aiming its sights on rapid growth in emerging markets. Bucyrus, which is based in South Milwaukee, Wis., makes surface mining equipment used for mining coal, copper, iron ore, oil sands and other minerals.
